Japan Street Photography… This one is special. I shot all this with my first “real” camera after getting a job out of college. An Olympus e-pl5. Decent enough camera, I remember doing a ton of research right before going on this trip, and I settled on that due to it’s smaller size and Olympus’s reputation. I think it worked out pretty well. Sadly I sold that camera a few years ago (but I used the proceeds to buy an Olympus OM-1). Fun fact – this trip was my first time both flying in a commercial airplane and leaving the country. So much for baby steps, just jump right to the other side of the world!
