More film work? Yeah. I’ll take that every time.

This time was with Minerva. If you’ve spent any time on my site, you’ve seen her before. She knows how to work in front of a lens. More importantly, she knows how to work in front of a film camera. That’s a different rhythm. Slower. Quieter. No spray-and-pray. Every frame costs something, so every frame matters.

The shoot itself was simple. No big production. No elaborate concept. Just a casual shoot with a casual theme – casual goth.

Sometimes that’s exactly what you need. A camera that makes you slow down. A model who understands the pace. And a few good frames you had to earn the old-fashioned way.
