So I needed some nature pics for this month’s camera club assignment. I debated between trying to shoot some nice landscapes or plants—just so I wouldn’t do what I always do and go to the zoo. But… I went to the zoo anyway.

It turned out to be a great trip! The weather was nice and cool, so lots of animals were active. I finally got a shot of the red panda (every other time I’ve gone, it’s either hiding or the exhibit is closed). Plus, I got to see the grizzly bears—one of my favorites! Hope you enjoy!
