So today’s challenge was all about time management, how to block out time to work on tasks, batching work, task automation, etc…

This is actually something that I’m pretty decent with. I’m constantly making task lists and finding ways to multitask. That’s a huge part of my regular job, in engineering management we are always making and adjusting plans and trying to keep people on task.

So what I’ve done instead is my usual practice of listing out all the updates I need to make on my website this week and I’m going to use the time for that instead.
