The Business of Photography – Part 3: Stakeholders, Culture, and Teams (but not Microsoft Teams)

So the final section of this first ‘The Business of Photography’ challenge is defining what values resonate with your customers, what values are already evident in your day-to-day operations, and how can you make sure these values are reflected in my organization.

So in step one I stated that the goal of this blog was not really to become a profit making enterprise. So for this exercise I’m going to consider my readers (fictitious though they may be currently) as my customers.

So what values do I think my readers will appreciate? A fun atmosphere, interesting content, and of course good quality photography.

Are these values already evident? Well I’d like to thing the photography work is solid…

So I don’t have an organization, so that’s an easy one. But I do hope to have collaborators. So how do I ensure my values are reflected with them? Well I control the content of this site – so end of the day what goes up here is all up to me. Sorta an unlimited power type of situation, but on a microscopic scale…
