I have won an award! Took third place in the Jackson, Michigan Civil War photo contest.
I submitted three photo’s to the contest, two more action type shots and then the one below and this one took third place!
Got lucky though, I would have submitted three action shots, but I ended up chatting with one of the official event photographers and they said that they were looking for more of a ‘people interacting with reenactors’ type of photos. Glad I listened.
